These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and MyHooD Recordzz LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), concerning your access to and use of the https://myhoodrecordzz.com website (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site.

3. USER SUBMISSIONS & DEMO POLICY

The Site provides a form allowing users to submit music demos, tracks, or artist information ("Submissions"). By submitting a demo, you agree to the following terms:

* No Guarantee of Review or Contract: Submitting a demo does not guarantee that MyHooD Recordzz will review your music, respond to you, or offer you a recording contract or representation.

* Ownership: You retain ownership of your original music. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to listen to, stream, and evaluate the track internally for A&R (Artist and Repertoire) purposes.

* No Liability for Lost Files: We are not responsible for any lost, corrupted, or deleted files submitted through our website. Always keep backups of your original work.

* Original Content: You warrant that any Submission you send is your own original creation and does not infringe upon the intellectual property or copyright of any third party (including unauthorized samples).

4. MERCHANDISE ORDERS

* No Direct Online Payment: Our Site showcases merchandise, but does not process payments or financial transactions directly. 

* Order Processing: To order merchandise, you must contact us via email. Orders are handled manually on an inquiry basis. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order request at our discretion.

* Shipping and Taxes: Shipping costs, delivery times, and applicable taxes will be communicated to you during the manual email ordering process.

5. THIRD-PARTY TICKETING AND CONCERTS

* External Links: Our Site contains links to external ticketing platforms, box offices, or third-party vendors for concert ticket purchases.

* No Financial Responsibility: We do not host payment gateways on our website. Any transaction you make for tickets occurs entirely on the third-party vendor's platform. MyHooD Recordzz LLC is not liable or responsible for any transaction errors, pricing disputes, refunds, or technical issues experienced on third-party ticketing sites.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. You agree not to:

* Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.

* Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site.

* Use the Site to distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful computer code.

* Use the Site in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
